01 Working here
What we
offer
A process engineer, a fund analyst, a marine officer and a contact centre team leader all work for the same employer. That range is unusual, and it is the main reason people stay.
Careers here often move sideways before they move up. A finance manager who has closed the books for a refinery, a brokerage and a property developer understands the business in a way no external hire can. We move people between companies deliberately for that reason.
01
Formal employment
Written contracts, statutory benefits paid in full, and documented safety training before anyone reaches a production floor or a deck.
02
Technical progression
Apprenticeship and operator routes into supervision, with the company paying for the certification the role requires.
03
Internal mobility
Moves between our companies are encouraged and advertised internally before they go to market.
04
Long tenure
We hire to keep people. Notice periods, handovers and succession are planned rather than improvised.

03 Process
How hiring
works
-
01
Application
CV and a short note on the company and discipline you are applying to. -
02
Screening
Reviewed by the hiring company, not by the head office. -
03
Technical assessment
Practical, relevant to the role, and conducted by people who do the job. -
04
Panel interview
With the line manager and one representative from outside the company. -
05
Offer
Written, with full terms stated up front. Nothing is left to be agreed later.
Recruitment integrity
We never charge a fee at any stage of recruitment. Any request for payment in connection with a Sandton role is fraudulent and should be reported to the head office.
Apply, or send a speculative CV.
Applications go straight to the hiring company.
